Do Prisma Cloud support onboard Azure Commercial Tenants and Subscriptions on app.cn ?

• Azure Tenants are onboarded to Prisma China instance.

• The integration between Prisma Cloud and Azure is done correctly.
• But the Splunk indicates problem with incorrect tenant ID
• The status is marked as critical, stating the message - Ensure Tenant ID in cloud account configuration is invalid.

Check to make sure you have the correct tenant ID and are signing into the correct cloud. Check with your subscription administrator, this may happen if there are no active subscriptions for the tenant.\r\nTrace ID

• Prisma Clould only support Onboarding of Azure China Tenants and Subscriptions onto app.cn stack.
• Onboarding of Azure Commercial Tenants and Subscriptions to app.cn stack is not supported
• Example of Commercial Tenant that cannot be added to app.cn

1. Delete the Azure Commercial Subscriptions Onboarded on app.cn stack.
2. Onboard them to another of their Prisma Cloud Tenants on any other stack.
