Objective


The objective of this article is to show how to migrate from an existing AIOps-Free instance to a new AIOps-Premium.

Environment


  • Apps Portal
  • AIOps

Procedure


Pre-requisite : Deploy the CDL app and the AIOps-Premium in the same TSG as the current AIOps-Free
  1. Log on the Apps Portal.
  2. If not automatically done, switch to the TSG view by moving the toggle to the left.
    Note: the background of the TSG view is dark blue.
  3. Go to Common Services > Device Associations.
    Go to Common Services > Device Associations
  4. Click on Associate Apps.
    Click on Associate Apps
  5. Associate the devices with AIOps-Premium.
    Associate the devices to the app
    • Select AIOps-Premium
    • Select the devices to associate to AIOps-Premium.
       
    • Note: EVAL license can only be associated to EVAL devices, that is the reason why the list is empty.
