Objective


To identify the DLP tenant ID necessary for opening a DLP related support case

Environment


  • DLP
  • Panorama
  • Prisma Access/SaaS

Procedure


  1. Go to https://apps.paloaltonetworks.com
  2. After logging in, go to common services -> tenant management
  3. Look for enterprise DLP -> action -> production information. 
  4. Copy and paste the product information into support case
