Symptom


  • Unable to log into Web UI
  • Unable to download PAN-OS release images (Device Software Updates)
  • Unable to download Dynamic Wildfire, Content images (Device Dynamic Updates

Cause


 temp-xxxx.rdb files The /opt/pancfg partition causing the partition filled up to 100%



Resolution


  1. The issue is resolved under PAN-179982 in PAN-OS 10.1.5 or higher.
  2. Upgrade to the above version or higher will resolve the issue.
  3. For immediate assistance contact support. They should be able to clear the problem by logging into root and deleting these files.
