How to register a PAYG VM firewall to hosted on OCI to CSP

Objective


Steps to register a PAYG VM hosted on OCI to Customer Support Portal.

Environment


  • PA-VM PAYG Model
  • OCI

Procedure


1. Login to CSP:
Go to Assets > Devices > Then click Register New Device button


2. Select Device Type: Register usage-based VM-Series models (hourly/annual) purchased from public cloud Marketplace or Cloud Security Service Provider (CSSP)


3. Select CloudName Marketplace: Amazon Web Services (AWS)

4. Type Serial Number, CPUID and UUID

5. Click on Agree and Submit button.
If something prompt hit OK without changing anything.

6. Go to Assets > Devices > Search by Serial Number
