PA-VM in AWS shows interface speed and duplex as 'unknown'

• Palo Alto VM Firewall

• PAN-OS uses "dpdk" library functions to get the link speed and duplex in AWS environment.
• In the "dpdk" code the link speed is set to "NONE" for ena drivers.
• PAN-OS gets these values and display the speed as none.

1. The behavior is expected as the PAN-OS relies on dpdk drivers to get the speed.
2. This issue is only cosmetic and can be ignored. 

SNMP will reflect the displayed speed. If the speed is "unknown", then most of the tools would fall back to 1GB assumption.
