PA-VM in AWS shows interface speed and duplex as 'unknown'

• Palo Alto VM Firewall
• Supported PAN-OS

• PAN-OS uses "dpdk" library functions to get the link speed and duplex in AWS environment.
• In the "dpdk" code the link speed is set to "NONE" for ena drivers.
• PAN-OS gets these values and display the speed as none.

1. The behavior is expected as the PAN-OS relies on dpdk drivers to get the speed.
2. This issue is only cosmetic and can be ignored.
