Symptom


  • 无法使用SNMP轮询获取 Palo Alto 防火墙的电源状态。
  • 实体状态的SNMP轮询 - MIB响应错误“ iso.3.6.1.2.1.131 = 此代理上的此 OID 上没有可用的对象


Environment


  • PANOS 9.1 及以上版本。
  • 该问题与除 PA-7000、PA-5450、PA-5200、PA-3400、PA-3200 之外的所有系列都相关。
  • ENTITY-STATE- MIB SNMP轮询


Cause




Resolution


  1. 从 11.1 版开始,已添加对 ENTITY-STATE- MIB的 PA-3400 支持。
  2. 其他平台尚不支持ENTITY-STATE- MIB 。


Additional Information


  • 对所需的防火墙执行 snmpwalk 以识别电源 ID。(或使用任何MIB浏览器)

.1.3.6.1.2.1.131.1.1.1.4. 14 = 整数:3

  • OID 返回值是什么意思?
iso.3.6.1.2.1.131.1.1.1.(EntityOperState).ID*
  • (EntityOperState):显示电源状态。
3(主动),
2(空闲 = 电源未通电)
4 显示当其中一个电源未通电时,警报状态为“严重”。

不同平台的 ID* 不同,(例如 PA-3200 系列有 4、5)PSU1 和 PSU2 的 ID*
