  • What is the API Token Expiration date for SaaS and Self-Hosted Prisma Cloud environments?

  • Prisma Cloud Enterprise Edition (SaaS)
  • Prisma Cloud Compute Edition (Self-Hosted)

Answer


  • For SaaS, the API Token will not expire
  • For On-Prem, it is tied to the Prisma Cloud License. If the License changes, the token will change
