Symptom
- When clicked on Audit Comment Archive for Security Rule Audit Comments tab we are getting 2 save filter Icons.
- The issue observed is demonstrated below
- Navigate to Policies> Security and select an existing Policy or create a new Policy.
- On the General Tab click 'Audit Comment Archive' at bottom of Security Policy popup screen.

- Select 'Audit Comments' tab.
- Notice on the right of the search filter text box there are 2 Save Filter Icons.
Environment
- Palo Alto PA-220
- PAN-OS 10.1.1, 10.1.2, 10.1.3, 10.1.8
- Audit Comment Archive
Cause
Software Issue.
Resolution
- The issue is fixed under PAN-182167.
- Upgrading to the fixed versions of 10.1.9, 10.2.4, 11.0.0 or higher will resolve the issue.
