Symptom


  • In  CDL>Inventory page > Panorama Appliances tab, the following message is appeared when hovering over the exclamation mark shown on the right side of our appliance name. 
  • “Please upgrade Cloud Service plugin to version 2.2 Innovation or above to receive missing metrics around Panorama and its managed firewalls.”

Environment


  • Panorama
  • Cortex Data Lake
  • Cloud Services plugin version 2.2 preferred or less.

Cause


Cloud Services plugin 2.2 preferred or less is old and needs to be upgraded.

Resolution


Follow the message and upgrade Cloud Services plugin.
