WildFire submission logs does not load on the firewall web interface

Symptom
WildFire submission logs does not load on the firewall web interface.
There is no problem with displaying the logs in CLI with the following command.
> show log wildfire
Environment
PAN-OS 10.1.0 ~ 10.1.8
PAN-OS 10.2.0 ~ 10.2.2
Cause
If the WildFire submission log contains rfc2047 encoded strings, then the GUI cannot process these strings properly.
Browser's developer tool would show some error that contains "rfc2047" in the console.
Resolution
The issue was address by PAN-195689. It was fixed in PAN-OS 10.1.9 & 10.2.3.
Additional Information
The issue can happen with the Data Filtering log and the Threat log as well.
