Overview
On Thursday. July 6, 2023, 8:00 pm PDT, Palo Alto Networks upgraded Customer Support Portal (CSP) to merge Network Security and Cloud Security pages into a new Assets page.
Why? Increase customer productivity, decrease customer confusion
From customer feedback and collaboration, we found that merging these two CSP pages into a single Assets page provides a simpler and easier to understand user experience, and increases user productivity.
Changes are easy to learn
CSP navigation menus changed on July 6th.
- Assets menu changed to Products menu
- Network Security page and Cloud Security page were retired, and merged into a new Assets page
- Assets page uses the same UI design as Network Security and Cloud Security pages, so the new Assets page will already be familiar
