Symptom
Telemetry is enabled and installed the device certificate on the Palo Alto firewall.
Telemetry status for Product Usage, Device Health and Performance, and Threat Prevention showing up as N/a.
In 'show system info' output, we see there is no app/threat release date.

Telemetry collection is showing as Disabled on the AIOps -> Device Inventory page.

Cause
Application and Threats database is not updated as seen from the logs below.
