Question


Is it possible to configure a user to access only the CDL apps in the HUB?

Details:

  • The expected behavior is that a user can access CDL apps only. 
  • The user should not see any other app tiles on HUB or any information in other Apps.
  • Is it possible for us to configure roles to achieve it?

Environment


  • HUB
  • User Roles

Answer


  1. Currently configuring roles of user to support only certain apps is not possible.
  2. The minimum permission currently supported is 'Browser'.
  3. This allows the customer to see any information in all Apps.
  4.  If required, raise a feature request with our Sales team.
