Red User icon displayed for the group name in the security Policy

• The image shows the red icon next to the group in the security rule (second group under USER in the picture below).
• This should normally show a multi-user group symbol (first group listed under USER)

• Next-Gen Firewalls
• Supported PAN-OS versions
• Group-Mapping

The group is manually added instead of pulling the group from the drop-down list fetched from the LDAP Server.

1. Re-Update the security policy by removing the existing group in the user tab.
2. Do this by selecting the group from the drop-down list in the user tab.
3. Commit the changes.
