Symptom


A CSP user is a member of multiple support accounts but is unable to select another account to navigate to.

Resolution


This issue is caused by an error in the backend, if you are a member of multiple support accounts but are unable to navigate between accounts open an admin support case and our support team will work to resolve your issue.
