Symptom


  • Unable to delete firewalls on Cloud NGFW with error:

Environment


  • Cloud NGFW for AWS

Cause


  • This error generally happens when a firewall status is stuck in deleting or creating state for a long time, this most definitely indicates a orchestration problem

Resolution


  • Open DIT with DevOps team to delete the firewall from backend.
  • Include following information when opening DIT as available:
TENANT id : 
FirewallName: 
REGION :
EndpointMode : 
FirewallStatus : 
USERNAME : 
Serial Number :
Support Account :
Support Tenant ID :
