ADEM keeps crashing and does not work on Windows server.

• GlobalProtect client has ADEM (Autonomous Digital Experience Management or Autonomous DEM) bundled and enabled on Prisma Access and installed on Windows server.
• GlobalProtect functionality is working as expected but the DEM agent isn't working and does not show up in ADEM portal.
• ADEM self serve shows it is disabled.
• The GlobalProtect logs for ADEM shows the process is consistently crashing.

• GlobalProtect client with ADEM enabled. 
• Client OS is Windows Server (Any version)

• Autonomous DEM For Mobile Users is not supported on Windows server.
• The only supported Operating systems are Windows 10 Build 1809 and newer and MacOS 10.15 and newer.

• Even though the GlobalProtect client works on windows server, ADEM is not yet supported for this environment. 

1. ADEM cannot be used in Windows server.
2. ADEM can only be used on Windows 10, Build 1809 and newer.

• palo_alto_networks_dem_service.log file will show similar logs. The log file can be found under GlobalProtect log bundle.
