ADEM app test is showing 0 user experience score.

Symptom
- User configured app test for internal SAP application to monitor all the individual SAP servers.
- Enabled advanced options like HTTP test and Path Visualization test.
- Although the application is working for the users, ADEM user experience score shows 0.
Environment
- Prisma Access
- ADEM (Autonomous Digital Experience Management)
- App Test
Cause
- SAP application is designed to access load balancer while individual servers listening on different ports.
- SAP servers may not support HTTP protocol.
- Intermediate hops may not permit ping.
Resolution
- Create App test without HTTP Test and Path Visualization test.
- Use the destination as the load balancer IP or domain name with just the TCP protocol and disable HTTP test and Path Visualization test.
- Now the user experience score is updated.
