Why do I get the error "ASC name is required to create a deployment profile with partner support. ASC support account id is required to create a deployment profile with partner support" when I try to renew my Deployment Profile?

- Customer Support Portal (CSP)
Answer
The error message "ASC name is required to create a deployment profile with partner support. ASC support account id is required to create a deployment profile with partner support" can appear if the net new license and the renewal license contract has a different ASC partner.
Contact Support and provide the following information:
- Purchase order / Renewal order
- Credit pool ID
- Account ID and Customer name
After PANW corrected the ASC issue on the backend, you will be able to renew your Deployment Profile.
