Question
Why do I get the 'There are no credits that need to be activated' error message when I try to activate Software NGFW Credits?

Before you create an Incident ticket with IT, please check the following:
1) Check if the Credit Pool ID is an EVAL Credit Pool, and look at the Expiration date of the Credit Pool ID. EVAL Credit pools are usually valid for 30 days to 90 days.
2) If the customer tries to activate the Credit Pool AFTER the Expiration date, then understandably there will not be any credits to be activated. Refer the customer to reach out to his SE to issue a new EVAL Credit Pool.
Otherwise, create a ticket with IT to fix the error and activate the Software NGFW Credits from the backend.
Please provide the following information when creating a PANDA ticket:
- Credit pool ID
- the End user name and Customer ID
- the email ID of the Credit admin who is trying to activate the product
- attach the error message and confirm that the credit admin received the error in the activation process to exclude role issues
