Symptom


  • Panorama does not show Explicit Proxy User Count on Status Page for SubTenant in Prisma Access
  • In the example below, the status of "Current Users 0"
GUI: Panorama > Cloud Services > Status (Select the sub-tenant in question)

Environment

Cause


Viewing EP user counts from the plugin is not supported when EP is deployed on a sub-tenant.

Resolution


  1. As of now, viewing EP user counts from the plugin is not supported when EP is deployed on a sub-tenant.
  2. Instead, use Prisma Access Insights dashboard on the hub to view user counts for Explicit Proxy (EP).

Engineering is exploring to add support for this in sub-tenant configurations in a future release,
