App-engine process restarts on ION devices with Alert "DEVICESW_GENERAL_PROCESSRESTART"

• App-Engine process restarts frequently on the ION devices (GUI: Portal > Alerts)

• Core files are generated at the time of the issue. This can be check on the CLI of the ION device.

• The following error messages are seen in the daemon logs.

• Prisma SD-WAN 
• ION devices
• 6.1.3, 6.1.4 software versions

• Domain names were not displayed for applications on the Flows tab.
• App-engine crashes while sending continuous TCP traffic on the ION devices.

1. This issue has been addressed in 6.1.5 and 6.2.3 software versions under defect CGSDW-15039
2. Upgrade to the fixed versions will resolve the issue.
