Global protect transparent upgrade failing with Error : failed to create update batching file

Symptom
- Transparent upgrade is failing.
- PanGPS logs display the "AutoUpdater - failed to create update batching file" error

Environment
- GlobalProtect App on Windows
- Transparent Upgrade
Cause
The required commands in the batch file are blocked in the environment.
Resolution
- This issue is not caused by GlobalProtect or Prisma Access
- The transparent update is done through update_tmp.bat.
- GlobalProtect uses Windows cmd.exe to execute the batch file.
- The above error is seen when the update process or the required commands in the batch file are blocked in the environment.
- Engage the Windows administrator to troubleshoot and unblock/grant the required permissions for the commands to be executed.
