Objective


How to take a backup of Prisma SD-WAN ION devices?

Environment


  • Prisma SD-WAN
  • Strata Cloud Manager (SCM)

Procedure


To take the backup of Prisma SD-WAN ION devices:

  1. Login to Prisma SDWAN Portal.
  2. Select the site for which backup is needed.
  3. Select the ION device and click on 3 dots beside the ION device.
  4. Now click the Download Device Snapshot.
  5. This snapshot is the backup of the configuration of ION device.
