Environment

* Understanding the Error: The error occurs when a CSP account only accepts either public-domain email addresses (e.g., user@gmail.com) or private-domain email addresses (e.g., user@company.com).
Mixing both types of email addresses within the same account is restricted due to security considerations.
* Identifying the Issue: Review the email addresses associated with the CSP account, including users such as someone@gmail.com, everyone@gmail.com and noone@icloud.com
(Email domains are examples only)
Note that accounts must exclusively consist of either 'corporate-domain' email addresses (private-domain email) or 'public-domain' email addresses.
* Error Resolution:
=> Communicate with the customers / users to explain that the CSP account in question restricts the addition of type of domains.
=> Provide examples of public-domain email addresses (e.g., @gmail, @yahoo) that can be used.
(Email domains are examples of public emails only)
=> Emphasize the crucial role of maintaining uniformity in email addresses within CSP accounts, underscoring
* User Awareness: Palo Alto Networks' commitment as a cybersecurity organization to protect and fortify customer security, minimizing the risk of breaches.
