Log collector group showing disconnected due to error "register - No authkey given for device"

Symptom
- Following error logs are seen in configd logs:

- In GUI: Panorama> Managed Collectors> Log collector does not show 'check mark' under the column "Connected"

Cause
Registration Authentication Key is not configured on Panorama.

Configure Device Registration Authentication Key as shown in the tech doc, Configure Managed Collector
