Can you see flow logs on the Prisma SD-WAN activity portal for more than 7 days in flow browser?

Environment


  • Prisma SD-WAN 
  • Strata Cloud Manager
  • ION devices
  • Any supported versions
  • Flow Browser

Answer


  1. Flow browser will not display flows that are more than "7 days" old.
  2. By default only an hour old flows are displayed and the number is limited to 1000 flows at a time.
  3. The time window of "one hour" can be changed to view flows that are up to 7 days old.
The other tabs under activity such as Network, LQM, Media, System, Cellular have visibility for up to 1 to 3 months with DVR (Data Visibility and Retention) license.
