Prisma Cloud Application Security : Why Are CAS Build Time Credits and Devs are not visible in the Licensing Tab?

1. Have the proper role with correct permissions . 
2. Subscription to Prisma Cloud Application Security and required modules are enabled.
   • Prisma Cloud > Profile > View Subscriptions 
   • Prisma Cloud > Settings > Code Security Configuration 
3. Onboarded Repositories are properly scanning and not displaying any connections issues.
   • Prisma Cloud > Settings > Code and Build Providers 
4. Recent Findings are seen in the Projects Page.
   • Prisma Cloud > Application Security > Projects

After validating the above and the customer can still not see the "Build Time" Credits tab in their Licensing page, the most common reason that this is occurring is because they do not have all "Cloud Type" options selected in the filter. 


Per our Products, team it is required that all cloud types be selected in order for the Build Time data to populate.
