Commit error on Panorama "Too many (30) deploy jobs pending"

• Panorama configured with Dynamic updates 
• The frequency of wildfire update is configured as 1 minute
• When trying to push the dynamic updates from Panorama to Firewall, error message "Too many (30) deploy jobs pending" is displayed.

Error: pan_deploy_mgr_add_deploy_devices(pan_deploy_mgr.c:542): Deployment manager: Failed to add deploy job. Too many (30) deploy jobs pending for device 0254xxxxx.

• Panorama managed Palo Alto Firewalls
• Pan-OS 10.2 version
• Wildfire

1. Temporary workaround: Restart the management server on Panorama CLI:

> debug software restart process management-server

2. The issue is targeted to be fixed under PAN-226489 in PAN-OS 10.2.8, 10.2.11, and 11.1.3 PAN-OS versions.
