How to Activate your FedRAMP High- Ready CSP User Account

Objective
Provide customers with instructions to log into their FedRamp High- ready Customer Support Portal (CSP) user accounts.
Environment
FedRamp High-Ready CSP
Procedure
Activate your FedRAMP High-Ready CSP User Account
Open the email with the subject “Your New Account to Login,” then click “Activate Account.”
Register your MFA option (e.g., Apple's Touch ID and Face ID, Windows Hello, Android fingerprint and face recognition, or YubiKey).Key). ( A YubiKey was used in the example screenshots . Your MFA may be different)
This page indicates that you have successfully authenticated and enrolled into MFA.
Access your FedRAMP High-Ready CSP Account
- Go to this link and click “Go to the portal.” (Note: If you just activated your account in the previous step, you will not be prompted for steps 2-4 until the next time you log in.)
Enter your e-mail address and click “Log In.”
Enter your password you selected during registration and click “Log In.”
You will then be taken to the FedRAMP High-ready Customer Support Portal.
To Reset your FedRAMP High- Ready Password
Go to this link, enter your e-mail address, and click “Log In.”Enter your e-mail address and click “Reset Password.”
Follow the instructions to provide your MFA. If you do not have your MFA, you will need to open a a case https://www.support.paloaltonetworks.com and specify that you are requesting to have your FedRamp High password reset. If you are unable to log a case please use this link, https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/support/login-assistance again specifying that you need your FedRamp High password reset.
