Symptom


  • As per the image below:

Environment


  • Device Security
  • PAN-OS
  • Strata and VM

Cause


  • The cause can be seen as the hierarchy of the product launch and the introduction of trial licenses. 
  • The trial license was implemented after the feature was first launched.

Resolution


  • The trial license for Device Security will be added to the list of valid licenses to prevent this error from occurring again in the future.
  • The fix is planned to be released on 11.2.0
