Symptom
Even after correctly following the steps to generate and input the OTP values, the account verification fails, as indicated below:
Environment
- Cloud Service licenses
- Panorama
Cause
The expired licenses were not being cleared.
Resolution
Execute the subsequent commands from the command line interface:
>delete license key <*.*> // to delete all the expired license
>request license fetch // to fetch the license key. (This step can be avoided if the Panorama already has new license)
>show plugins cloud_services panorama-certificate status
>request plugins cloud_services panorama-certificate delete
>debug plugins cloud_services prisma-access license-capabilities show
>debug plugins cloud_services prisma-access license-capabilities fetch
>request plugins cloud_services panorama-certificate fetch otp <OTP_KEY_FROM_SUPPORT_PORTAL>Additional Information
