Why am I receiving a 504 Gateway timeout message for specific accounts when searching for events in Investigate tab?

Answer
Due to the high volume of data, this can lead to a timeout at the database (DB) level, causing a 504 Gateway Timeout error message. For accounts where a gateway timeout is received, we recommend adjusting the time range selection to a shorter period.
GUI Path: Investigate > Search > Adjust Time
