Tunnel "Round Trip Time (RTT)" information is not displayed on the Insights OR Strata Cloud Manager dashboard.

Symptom
Tunnel "Round Trip Time (RTT)" is not displayed correctly for Insights and Strata Cloud Manager.

Insights > Tunnels > Median Tunnel Round Trip Time (10 tunnels)
- Strata Cloud Manager
Monitor -> Branch Sites -> Select the target <Prisma Access Sites> ->Tunnel Trends

Cause
As per specifications, the Tunnel "Round Trip Time (RTT)" value will only be populated if Tunnel Monitoring is configured correctly.
Therefore this is an expected behaviour.
Resolution
Configure Tunnel Monitoring and ensure that the Status is "Up" for the tunnels where the status is not displayed.
