Symptom
- An administrator is trying to create ZTNA connector for the first time which fails with the error as below.
- The ZTNA Connectors Connector IP Blocks are already configured on the cloud manager.
Environment
- Prisma Access managed by Strata Cloud manager
- Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Connectors
Cause
- As the error message states, the connector IP blocks are not yet setup in the backend.
- This is happening because the user has not done push (equivalent to Commit & Push in panorama) for the Service connection.
- The ZTNA connector requires the push to be done on the service connection as well which will update the connector IP blocks in the backend for ZTNA creation.
Resolution
- Perform a push for all the scopes or Service connection at least.
- Once push is complete, follow the usual steps to continue creation of the ZTNA.
