Objective
Users are not seeing the option to delete a deployment profile, how to resolve to resolve this issue.
Environment
Customer Support Portal
Procedure
This issue can be caused by Panorama instances still being associated with the Credit Pool. If you are unable to see the option to delete a deployment profile follow the below steps:
1. Click to Edit Profile:
2. Select 'Enable VM Panorama - for management':
3. Close the pop up window. Click provision Panorama:
4. Select to delete and provisioned and unused Panoramas :
5. Close the pop window, you should now see the option to delete the deployment profile:
