After Upgrade of Prisma Access 4.0, commit error "An unexpected error occurred during the commit" is displayed.

• Upgrade of Prisma Access to version 4.0.  
• While onboarding Remote Network Sites, the following commit error is displayed

An unexpected error occurred during the commit. Retry the commit operation. If the issue persists, contact Palo Alto Networks support.Go to the Cloud Services > Status > Status tab for real-time status information. 

• The error occurs when the number of sites exceeds 250 per IPSec Termination Node.
• Note: 4.0 should support 400 Remote Sites per IPSec Termination Node as documented under New Features in Prisma Access 4.0.
