How to view route table on Strata Cloud Manager from Service Connection Firewalls

To view routing information from Service connection Firewalls managed by Strata Cloud Manager.

• Prisma Access(SASE) 
• Strata Cloud Manager(SCM)
• Service Connection

1. Navigate to Strata Cloud Manager > Manage >Set the Configuration Scope to Prisma Access.
2. Under the Prisma Access Infrastructure Setup section, click on Service Connections. This action opens a page listing all configured Service Connection sites.
3. On the Service Connections Setup page, locate the drop-down option labeled Serviceability Commands.
4. From the Serviceability Commands drop-down, select Routing Information.
5. Selecting "Routing Information" redirects to a new page where the Service Connection (SC) location can be chosen.
6. Upon selection, the route table advertised from the datacenter to that specific SC location will be displayed.
7. The displayed route table information is available for export in CSV format.

Note: Because the data is retrieved from the cloud firewall, the full route table may take a few minutes to appear. The delay depends on the total number of routes.
