Autonomous DEM for Prisma Access Remote Sites doesn’t work with “prisma_access: ADEM Disabled” message.

This is an explanation of the issue. Please check if both of the following two conditions match your situation.

• The Autonomous DEM (ADEM) for Prisma Access Remote Sites doesn't work, with the message "prisma_access: ADEM Disabled" on Strata Cloud Manager > Monitor > Branch Sites > Prisma SD-WAN > List > Prisma SD-WAN Branch Sites > [Site name].
  
• ION device software version is less than 6.4.2.

• Autonomous DEM for Prisma Access Remote Sites
• Prisma SDWAN (Cloudgenix) of ION version less than 6.4.2

The compatibility between ION version and ADEM functionality.

Upgrade ION version to 6.4.2 or above.
