Prisma Cloud: Terraform Cloud runtask output with results not being shown and has errors

• Terraform Cloud Runtasks has various errors and issues when displaying result outputs when integrated with Prisma cloud.

• The issue is typically caused when there is a big repo size or the file size is too large. 

There can be various types of issues observed when running TF Cloud Workspaces while integrated with Prisma cloud.  

1. The Terraform Cloud Runtask output Displays "Timed Out" error message 
   
   • This can be due to a large file size but the cause was an internal step that was causing a delay. A fix was made to ensure this being fixed. ( Internal ticket will be linked in the Internal notes section)
2. The Terraform Cloud Runtask  Passed or Failed but has an error message associated
   • Error message: The scan completed and the status shown here (pass or fail) is correct, but an error occurred generating the detailed output for this run. Please use the link to view the full results in Prisma".
     
     • Although this is an error message, the scan could pass or fail but will not show results of the run due to the large encoded size within Terraform.
     • Currently, as the link is available to view the results, it is working as expected. There will be a fix prioritized for future.
