Unable to see the activate option for AIOps / "Strata Cloud Manager". "View by Support Account" option toggle missing

Symptom


We wanted to try AIOps for NGFW (Free) services however we are unable to see the activate button.

Steps:

  1. Login to the Palo Alto Networks support portal (https://support.paloaltonetworks.com/)
  2. Navigate to Resources -> Hubcsp.png  
  3. You will be presented with the screen below. There is no activate option for "AIOps for NGFW" and the "View by Support Account" toggle is missing.view.by.support.account.png 

 

Environment


AIOps / "Strata Cloud Manager"

Cause


This is the first time you are activating AIOps / "Strata Cloud Manager" and no other tenants created yet.

Resolution


To activate AIOps / "Strata Cloud Manager", you need to change the URL to https://apps.paloaltonetworks.com/hub.

Now you will be able to see the Strata Cloud Manager activate button.
