DPC 카드가 PA-5450 방화벽에 나타나지 않습니다.

Symptom
- CLI 커맨드 " show cabinet 상태 slot sx "(x를 슬롯 번호로 변경)를 사용할 때 DPC가 실패를 보고합니다.
- DPC 오류로 인해 해당 NC 카드의 전원도 꺼졌습니다.
