Symptom


  • ISO file type is configured to be blocked for both upload and download.
  • Users can still download ISO images.

Environment

Cause


Some ISO images are designated as file type "unknown binary".

Resolution


Along with ISO file type, block "unknown binary" type in the file blocking profile.
