How to upgrade to a version that is not displayed in [SOFTWARE VERSION] of the Prisma SD-WAN controller GUI?

Objective
The version to be upgraded is not displayed in SOFTWARE VERSION of Prisma SD-WAN controller GUI. How to display the version under SOFTWARE VERSION and select it for upgrade?
- Example, in the image below, the version 6.3.2 is not displayed and you cannot select it to upgrade.
- GUI: Manage > Devices > [Device Name] > Upgrade device software (cloud icon) to the right of SOFTWARE VERSION

Contact support by creating a case with the following information.
- Version you want to display
- TSG ID
