Question
- An administrator can export the user's data for PAB (Prisma Access Browser) from Strata Cloud manager.
- The exported csv file has the lastSeen column listing the timestamps in UTC timezone.
- The requirement is to view this data in user's own timezone.
Environment
- Prisma Access Browser(PAB)
- Strata Cloud manager(SCM)
Answer
- The exported data has the lastSeen field with UTC time as per the product design.
- The administrator can use their own script or other tools to convert the UTC timezone to the required timezone in the csv (Exported) file.
Additional Information
- There is a feature request to allow the export of user's data with the browser timezone or user specified timezone with no ETA.
