How to Identify and Contact Your Super User

Objective
Identify and contact a Super User for account management requests such as:
- Extend an account expiration date
- Approve a colleague's request to be added to the CSP account
Procedure
In the event that you need to contact a Super User for any account-related issues or tasks, you can do so by using the Notify Super User feature.
- Click on Account Management and then Notify Super User in the menu.
- Select a Super User in your organization. Up to three Super User can be selected.
- Identify the reason for contacting your Super User.
- Provide any additional information you might have (optional).
- Click on the Submit button.
The selected Super User(s) will be notified about your request.
