How to Identify and Contact Your Super User

Objective


Identify and contact a Super User for account management requests such as:

  • Extend an account expiration date
  • Approve a colleague's request to be added to the CSP account


Procedure


In the event that you need to contact a Super User for any account-related issues or tasks, you can do so by using the Notify Super User feature.

  1. Click on Account Management and then Notify Super User in the menu.
  2. Select a Super User in your organization. Up to three Super User can be selected.
  3. Identify the reason for contacting your Super User.
  4. Provide any additional information you might have (optional).
  5. Click on the Submit button.

The selected Super User(s) will be notified about your request.
