Value for some OID's relevant to the interface counters via SNMPv3 is "0" in PA-VM running on Azure

Question
After upgrading the software version of PA-VM running on MS Azure to the recent releases, the value for particular OID's corresponding to the interface counters keeps "0".
Examples:
1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.x
1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.10.x
What is the reason of this issue?
Environment
- NGFW model: PA-VM
- Cloud platform: Microsoft Azure
- SW Version: PAN-OS 10.2.8-h5, 10.2.9-h5, 10.2.10 / 11.0.5, 11.0.7 / 11.1.3 / 11.2.0, 11.2.2 / 12.1.0 or later releases
Answer
This issue was investigated and fixed as PAN-261739, and the corresponding fix will be integrated in PAN-OS 10.2.14, 11.1.8, 11.2.5.
Additional Information
When this issue occurs, Physical port counters in the available ports are all "0".
