Objective


Revert the alerts report file from .csv.gz to .csv for an uncompressed alerts report CSV file in the email notification.

Environment


  • Prisma Cloud
  • Alert Rule

Procedure


  1. Edit the alert rule configured to send recurring email notifications.
  2. Ensure compressed attachment(s) is unchecked

Path: Alerts > Alert Rules > <alert rule> Edit > Configure Notifications
