Unable to access to PA-800 series firewalls when attempting to generate a tech-support after upgrade to 10.2.11

Symptom
- PAN-OS upgraded to 10.2.11 on PA-800 Series firewall.
- Access to the Firewalls lost when attempting to generate a tech-support file.
Environment
- PA-820, PA-850
- PANOS-10.2.11 and PAN-OS 10.2.11-h1
Cause
Software Issue.
Resolution
- The issue is resolved under PAN-265336 in PAN-OS 10.2.11-h2.
- Upgrade of the PAN-OS will resolve the issue.
- As a workaround, the management interface down can be recovered by restarting the firewall.
- Issue "request restart system" CLI command on Console to restart the firewall.
Additional Information
This is not a hardware failure and no RMA is required. PAN-OS upgrade will fix the issue.
